I went for a longer ride and decided to see if I could go farther than before without sitting, so I headed south towards Gilroy. It felt great, this exercise reminds me of the rhythmic relaxing feeling of running but with no impact.

I was shooting for an average heart rate of 120 and got 118 so that’s not bad. This is good training at my “cruising speed”:
