I’ve always been a big fan of stair climbing because it’s an activity of daily living that has a good level of intensity. Five flights? I have a two story house. That’s just going upstairs more than 5 times a day. Thanks, Tony:

Stairs are my nemesis πππ psoas is the main issue, so hard to lift the leg to do step ups, coming down as bad π€¦π»ββοΈ

I should have emphasize stairs are great IF they work for you. I’m lucky enough to do fine on them. But there are plenty of other options π
