Tony, who writes the blog One Regular Guy Writing about Food, Exercise and Living Past 100, shares my interests in healthy eating, staying active, and aging gracefully, as you can tell from his title. Only he’s been at it longer, blogging about it since 2010 and has collected a ton of useful and inspiring information on his site. He doesn’t just talk about it, he “walks the walk” too. He is remarkably fit and healthy at 79. Tony retired 18 years ago from being a Reuter’s correspondent and editor and various other interesting roles you can see on his about page. He is an avid bicyclist, putting in over 100 miles a week, and a healthy eater. He keeps mentally sharp (aside from the automatic mental benefit he gets from the biking), by enthusiastically reading from the Great Courses and playing multiple games of backgammon simultaneously on the web. Read more of his inspiring story and check out the mother lode of info on healthy aging on his site.
