It was clear and cold today, a nice day for riding after all our recent rain. which totals about 9 inches for the year so far. I went for an hour of easy spinning, I still have to take it easy because I’m getting sciatica symptoms from the piriformis muscle of my right leg. It’s a little frustrating because I’m not sure what I did to aggravate it this time. Back to stretching and PT exercises…
